Spiced Crumbled Cottage Cheese (Paneer Burji)

I love cottage cheese ! Made many variations using paneer and I never tire of trying out new recipes. Paneer Burji is a very easy & quick method, goes well as a dry side dish for rotis, rice or even as sandwich filling . Crumbling cubes of paneer into tiny white clouds is something I enjoy. Fried with simple vegetables & spices , this is a no fuss recipe.
