Dreamy Fruit Smoothie
Recipe by A Spoonful of Yumm
Serves : 3
Storage : Upto 1 day in fridge
Total Time : 10mins
Ingredients ~
4 chopped small guavas (peeled)
Fruit/Pulp of 1 small mango
1 Small Pomegranate deseeded
5tspns Sugar
200ml Chilled Coconut cream (readymade)
For decoration :
Dark chocolate (or any chocolate) - 3 pieces ( 2 for decoration and 1 for chocolate shavings)
Method ~
Blend chopped fruit(mango and guava), pomegranate seeds, coconut cream and sugar in mixer to form a smooth thick puree
Serve cold in glasses & garnish with chocolate pieces and chocolate shavings
Suggestion : You can freeze it for 1-2 hours and enjoy a delicious mousse too
